So what if this is far from a perfect movie? It's fun.
An undercover cop (Johnny Utah) goes searching for bank robbers among thrill seeking surfers. Somewhat predictably he ends up falling in love with a surfer girl, but this of course compromises the whole mission. In a weird kind of way Point Break reminded me of Die Hard - just a movie in search of thrill seeking action. Like I said it was fun - just leave it at that.
