Review of Point Blank (1967) by Zach F — 15 Jan 2008
This is the movie that originally inspired the Mel Gibson film Payback and it is above and beyond it. Lee Marvin is one of our greatest American Badasses and this film is basically just him tearing through San Francisco like a Chainsaw through Kleenex, stopping only to seduce Angie Dickinson and have flashbacks.
Amazing film.
