The most amazing film I've seen in a long time. Available on Netflix Instant, so do see it if you can. Won't give away plot details, but the ending made me cry my eyes out. The film sneaks up on you, quietly lulling you with its almost documentary realism and realistic characters before gently bowing out with one of the most heartbreakingly sad and beautiful last acts I've ever seen.
Between this and SECRET SUNSHINE, I am absolutely in awe of Chang-dong Lee.
