Review of Platoon (1986) by Jonathan H — 28 May 2011
When watching this movie you gotta pay close attention to the characters to decide on who is going to live through Vietnam and who is going to end up dead. You think about who will last through the first, who's gonna make it to the second half and in the end who will end up dead.
Charlie Sheen can't die because he's narrating the entire story and when you look at all the other actors such as Berenger, Dafoe and all the other actors, you can see which ones are likely gonna get out of the war wounded or dead.
