This was my first war film and is still to this day one my favorite movies of all time. Tom Berenger, Willem DaFoe and yes, Charlie Sheen all give wonderful performances and Oliver Stone deserved every Oscar in the book for this powerful, effective, and if I can say so one of the most powerful movies ever made.
