PLATOON is probably my favorite Oliver Stone flick; WALL STREET (the original) coming in a not so distant second. With a great cast, amazing plot, and heart-wrenching tension -- PLATOON is a no-holds-barred look into Viet Nam, exploring the duality that lies within all humankind.
