"Death? What you know about death?".
Platoon is a gory and terribly realistic picture of what the Vietnam war really was. While being a stunning movie it has this sense of duty. Like it exists to show you what we were put through and what we put people through, during Vietnam. Oliver Stone, a Vietnam veteran himself, welcomes us to hell itself.
