Review of Planet Terror (2007) by Jay L — 25 Jun 2010

Another part of the Grindhouse movies that were produced by Quentin Tarantino, Planet Terror is a gruesome and bloody zombie flick. Packed with gorgeous women and plenty of blood and guts, this movie is not for people with a light stomach. With an abundance of action and half nude women, director Robert Rodriguez delivers the ultimate guilty pleasure.

Starring Rose McGowan, Josh Brolin, and Bruce Willis the acting in this movie is quite commercial to say the least, but that's the way it's supposed to be. The grindhouse movies were made to mimic the old 80's horor flicks, this fact is apparent from the choppy projection-like screen picture. Bottome line, this is a great action movie with enough shootouts, blood, and women to satisfy any action fan.
