Robert Rodriguez is in full celebration of the b-movies of old in this brilliantly cast, comedic zombie gorefest that is rightfully gratuitous without any hint of being cheap while doing it. The acting is hammy in all the right ways, while the creative depictions of injuries and kills is both cringe-worthy and hilarious.
