This movie annoyed the hell out of me. Which means that it did its job, perfectly. I don't know if you can call what the main characters had, chemistry, but it sure as daylight worked for me. The image of John Candy in the Winnebago will always be with me from now on.
Take some time out of your week to watch this classic road trip movie.
