Review of Planes, Trains and Automobiles (1987) by Corey S — 19 Mar 2018
After all these years I finally sat down and watched this movie. The 80's produced alot of comedians and putting Steve Martin and John Candy together was a good idea. The movie actually had a good storyline I enjoyed the way it was written and the laughs while kinda of dry were still pretty funny.
John Candy the big big slopping lug who knew how to hustle enuff to get by by selling shower curtain rings and Steve Martin was the well off family man just trying to make it home for thanksgiving meet each other when Candy steals Steves cab after he paid and extra 75dollars to get the cab.
These two are connected at the hip and need each other more then Steve Martin wants to admit. If You never have seen this movie its worth a watch.
