It's been a while since we saw a successful musical film. I think the last successful musical has gotta be Hairspray. Pitch Perfect surpass that film. Not only is it a great musical, but it also serves as a great comedy film with a lot of funny character and funny moments like Fat Amy.
There's musical moments, funny moments and even a little bit of romantic drama moments too. This serves as a fabulous musical pitch film that I had seen in a long time.
