Review of Pitch Perfect (2012) by Danielle K — 25 Jan 2014

I enjoyed pitch perfect the only real downside for me was the whole vomiting joke... The mid-end section where one of the character is throwing up felt totally unnecessary and actually ruined the film for me.

This type of gross out humour didn't fit the overall style of the film. Another thing I wasn't a fan of was the casting whilst I love a lot of the actresses involved in the film a lot of them are too old to be believable as college students.

Minus the puke and getting past hollywood's inability to cast age appropriate actors playing high school or college students, 'Pitch Perfect' is a cute, funny, good hearted musical, that fans of Glee will love.
