Review of Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl (2003) by Patrick L — 01 Aug 2013
A great film with a great bunch of actors in the cast featuring Johnny Depp, Geoffrey Rush, Orlando Bloom, and Keira Knightley. Pirates are being chased down by the British navy and among them are Jack Sparrow and the legendary Captain Barbossa. We first meet Will and Elizabeth as children when he is rescued by the navy that happens upon the fiery wreck of a ship. As adults, she is fond of him though he is essentially a servant of a swordsmaker.
Pirates attack and Elizabeth attempts to parley with them and then it's time for adventure. 10/10.
