Fourth pirates is sailing back to the original POTC that 1st movie done. If "On stranger tides" being the first movie before "Curse of the black pearl" it's fair for watching but when compare to clever "Black pearl" and full-CG action of "Dead man's chest" & "At world's end" it's sinked.
