Jack Sparrow is, thanks to Johnny Depp one of the most iconic movie characters of all time and this movie is (another) lesson in acting from Depp. What wouldn't I give for the chance to work with him! POTC did need a bit of airing out, this is a much better movie than the previous one.
Mostly new cast, new stories, we see new sides of the old characters and although I do miss Bill Nighy, it all works very well.
