PIRANHA 3DD is a movie where a piranha swims around in a girls body till she's having sex, then it laches onto the dudes dick apparently giving him no choice but to cut it off with a knife.
Then there's a credit sequence that goes for almost as long as the film itself featuring outtakes and deleted scenes.
