If you have seen this/want to see it, then you know what you are getting into and there's nothing more to say about it than that.

I will make one point: everyone talks about the final gross-out, involving dog shit, as the most disgusting part of the film. I respectfully disagree, and consider the man/woman/chicken three-way (if you're wondering, the chicken does not live to tell the tale) as the most horrifying thing I have ever seen. Either that or the main hick pulling down his underwear, putting his legs behind his head and taking a shit. Tough call.
