This was the most anti-climactic mindless story, there's virtually no character progression or back story, so you have little to no connection to any of the characters.
Nic Cage showed barely any emotion till the last 20 minutes of the movie and I can't think of a single memorable moment in the entirety of this film the only saving grace was the cinematography.
