Review of Pierrepoint: The Last Hangman (2005) by Kevin T — 05 Mar 2008
Interesting take on the character but after reading his autobiography it seems a lot of artistic licence was taken. Timothy Spall is always great & gave real depth & emotion to the character (more than I got from the real man reading his book).
Definately worth seeing if you are interested in that interesting period in British history.
