This movie was garbage (classic bad acting/script/direction, etc. etc.). If you enjoy garbage, then you'll likely enjoy it. Only thing I remember about it is that the killer sneaks a chainsaw onto an elevator.
Behind his back (not underneath a trenchcoat or anything.).
