Review of Picnic at Hanging Rock (1975) by Dickon E — 07 Jun 2007
Dreamy, ambiguous masterpiece that unsettles in just the right way. A bit Cocteau, a bit Lynch, a bit Peter Jackson. The Director's Cut actually takes scenes OUT rather than add new ones. Cultivate the mystery.
