Review of Picnic at Hanging Rock (1975) by Gabriel K — 24 Feb 2012
This movie has an eerily haunting feel to it, masterfully captured by the director. However, the second half of the movie suffers from weird pacing. As I found out later, the "director's cut" is actually a truncated version of the original, and all seem to agree that the original is better.
Perhaps the cuts attribute to the somewhat choppy plot development.
