Review of Pickpocket (1959) by Brian R — 24 Jul 2011
Not as great as Balthazar, Diary of a Country Priest, and Mouchette. But, still an amazing film. The initial sequence of stealing was my favorite, with the passenger of a taxi, also of the crowded train.
I really admire Bresson's style and technique, really a unique director.
