Review of Phone Booth (2003) by Rachael H — 09 Oct 2010
Intense thriller with a lot of swearwords! Doesn't work as well as the recent movie "Buried" but still an enjoyable film with a good (rare)performance from Colin Ferral.
Stu's an interesting, complex character and he's hard to feel sorry for because he's so arrogant. It's interesting to side with the villian in this type of film; the opposite effect of Buried, which makes you care for the character a lot more.
The build up was epic, but then the ending was tedious.
