The story is self pitying and putting a bold face in front both at the same time. Hanks has given a wonderful performance as a gay HIV positive famous lawyer. It deals confidently with the society's perspective of AIDS when contracted to a prominent member.
Bold movie but the plot and screenplay could have been more entertaining with more pace.
