Review of Phantasm (1979) by Chance D — 17 Dec 2007
The modern classic of all horror films (which means that sonn it shall be ruined by a re-envisioning), you can't beat the Tall man, a boy dealing with puberty and death, otherworldly midgets, spheres, tuning forks, and a 1971 Hemi'cuda.
This film was made on an out of pocket shoestring budget but Don proves you dont need millions for a good film, a good story, and a great series.
