Oh, I haven't declared my undying love for Phantasm on flixster...
I watched this movie in my teens and it blew my friggin' mind. I identified with the characters, loved the Tall Man and appreciated the spooky atmosphere.
In my book, it's a classic on the level of Vampyr or The Passenger. If you don't like it, too bad for you.
