Review of Phantasm (1979) by Michael & Kim — 03 Feb 2010
Coscarelli's nightmarish tale of good vs. evil is superbly realized as the tall man comes for Michael. Quite possibly the spookiest villain in screen history, Angus Scrim's portrayal of the tall man is mind-numbingly unnerving.
If this one doesn't scare you, then you're already dead!!
