Review of Pete's Dragon (2016) by Zachary S — 13 Aug 2016

A fantastic movie that reminded me in certain ways of Disney's recent other film "The Jungle Book", this has great performances from the cast, a believable, adorable relationship between Pete and Elliot the dragon and a script that is well written.

I personally liked the fact that the villains of the movie were not necessarily bad but simply were acting as most adults in their situation probably would have. They were actual human beings and not unrealistic caricatures.

Definitely one to watch for anyone who likes heartwarming stories.
