Let kids be kids. This is a delight for the 8 and under set. We force them into fast paced media, relegating the charming and simple older offerings as somehow not up to par. Let kids relax and escape their text message world for just a while.

My first viewing at 42, even I was a little touched. The message of Pet's Dragon is that good things will happen, and it's those good things that sustain us in the times between. It' can't all be profit and party for most of us, but the blessings are there if we look for them.
