Review of Persona (1966) by David H — 08 May 2013
I enjoyed this film, though was slightly annoyed by its lack of statement, I enjoyed the fact that women talked about philosophy which is very rare, it's a shame about the unoriginal step of weakening their characters by implying relationship.
Seems to be a good analogue to cinema (though these tend to be self indulgent) but also to trying to escape the untrue/inauthentic nature of behaviour of people seeming forced by society, and the inability to do so.
