Review of Persepolis (2007) by Mokhles K — 06 Sep 2012
The animation is really what makes this more than your average coming of age tale. It creates a new perspective of freedom and family and government control, not to mention a good history lesson. Though the pacing can be a bit odd, it definitely stays interesting, especially if you're interested in recent Iranian history.
