An exciting movie with a plot that is not at all far fetched. A congressman needs the endorsement of a big TV evangelist in order to swing public opinion and get legislation passed that is touted to help the government control terrorism and religious extremism but in truth will give the government overreaching powers against the church.
When the evangelist will not go along a plot is put in motion to destroy his reputation. As entertainment the movie is exciting with plenty of action and the deeper questions it raises make you think long after the movie is over (something rare these days with the plethora of mindless Hollywood films).
