Review of Persecuted (2014) by Cliff K — 26 Jul 2014
As a believing, conservative Christian, I was greatly disappointed in this film. Not so much about the idea of the persecution of believers, whether Jewish or Christian (been going on for a long time), but for the complete absence of artistic and production quality.
Far too many times, we Christians put out there sub-standard work, and that only works against us since it becomes what we would call, 'a poor witness." Was a time when the arts and sciences were supremely crafted by believers such as Bach, Beethoven, Newton, Kepler and many others.
Seems not so much these days, but it ought to be. cwk.
