Review of Perfume: The Story of a Murderer (2006) by Micael S — 27 Feb 2010
Great dark movie with a weird ending. Tom Twyker can suply the lack of smell, as the cinema isn´t able to produce, with superb images that can work properly to the audience´s imagination.
Ben Whishaw is a sizzling star that can show innocence into tragic acts.
At last, (*SPOILERS*) the ending evocs a series of discussion, mainly about the religious controversy, kind of a twisted messiah who awakes love by the perfume, but isn´t able to be loved himself, ending up with mistic disappearance.
