Review of Performance. (1970) by Neil C — 06 Aug 2009
A psychedelic 60s freakout of a movie set in swinging London. I'm not sure it completely comes together as a whole, but the stylized direction and sense of time and place make this an absolute must see.
It's also fun to see Edward Fox as a low class criminal instead of in an upper crust Merchant-Ivory part, like he usually plays. Very cool movie!
