Review of Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief (2010) by Jonathan V — 05 Apr 2013

If you have read the book, then the movie was terrible. It was too quickly paced, characters ages and appearances were changed, some characters who are very important throughout the series are left out, key plot points were ignored, the story was changed etc.

Although, if you have not read the book the movie is quite entertaining and somewhat thrilling. So, if you've read the book don't waste your time. If you have not I highly recommend you do, but if you chose not to you may as well watch the movie.
