Review of Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief (2010) by Shane B — 23 Oct 2013

While not an impressive movie by any means, it's much better than its sequel and actually brings a lot of fun to the table. The second one felt as though they were just there to grab cash from this franchise.

Here they actually seem like they're actually having fun with it, therefore causing me to have more fun with it. Does it still suffer from poor writing? Sure. Is it the next Harry Potter? Absolutely not, but I did find this a lot more enjoyable than Sea Of Monsters and wouldn't mind checking this out again sometime in the future.
