Review of Peeping Tom (1960) by Alexander J — 09 Jun 2007
Hmm... I mean it tackles an interesting subject, but the version I had on DVD was not really in a good condition. The colour scheme was odd. Apart from that, it's a rather cheaply made thriller about sexual obsession.
Not convincing by today's standards, it still maintains a gritty look and a scary Karlheinz Böhm does his best to portray a twisted young photographer (oh, the irony in that).
