Review of Peeping Tom (1960) by Ben B — 30 Jan 2008
One of the most disturbing, depraved and deeply unsettling movies I have ever seen. Through skillful direction and a fantastically eerie lead performance from Bohm, the film sucks the audience into the bizarre world of cameraman/murderer Mark Lewis and doesn't let us go.
This is a brilliant and brutal look at the psychology behind our human obsession with voyeurism.
