Also known as "the british psycho" (Well Hitchock was british so that's a fuck up in my book) this movie goes to places Norman Bates wouldn't dare.
Mix a little Norman Bates, add Jack the Ripper and just film it with a camera. It was rated X on it's day so you might get the idea, if you need something more disturbing than Peeping Tom, watch Henry: Portrair of a Serial Killer, for the 60's Peeping Tom was more than perfect in the genre.
