Review of Peeping Tom (1960) by Jonny P — 01 Jul 2012
Sordid walk on the bad side of town as a criminally tortured child grows up to be ... er, unwholesome, to put it one way. A decidedly British film, the perp adds terror by way of a slight German accent he's trying to hide, awakening nightmares of both Nazis and Freud.
This work ruined the director in Britain when released.
