Review of Pee-wee's Big Holiday (2016) by Anatoly S — 20 Mar 2016

Let me start by saying that I'm a fan of Pee Wee's Big Adventure. I was hoping that this film would bring him back as strong as he was for that film. Unfortunately, that is not the case. Judd Apatow and Pee Wee himself forgot Pee Wee's original character. Pee Wee now speaks MUCH more than he used to and actually portrays like he is an intellectual. He lost his fun, innocent and gullible character.

They also added VERY annoying parts to the film that just go on and on and on (e.g. Balloon, contract signing, etc.) that are just totally unnecessary...and ruin it. We get the puns, but really could have been 400% better if they were short and fast. Finally, why would the ruin the kids movie by adding male strippers to it?!? Why!?! Sadly, I will not be watching this one again.
