Review of Pee-wee's Big Adventure (1985) by Andreas C — 08 May 2013

This is the start of Tim Burton's directing career. Pee-Wee's Big Adventures strongest ally is the memorable characters in here from Dottie to Large Marge and of course, Pee-wee himself. This movie is just so over the top and ridiculous that some people may not find the humor in it.

For me though, it was just hilarious throughout even though some jokes didn't work for me. If you consider yourself a Tim Burton fan, then by all means watch Pee-Wee's Big Adventure.
