Comedies are difficult to review, I can see this one is a well-made live-action cartoon; Burton does admirably with what he's got to produce childish fun with some oddly out of place adult allusions.
However, I personally didn't find the film remotely funny or entertaining, rather I was endlessly irritated by the main character.
