Review of Pay It Forward (2000) by Paul G — 18 Jun 2013
Excellent performances fight an inconsisent screenplay that is sometimes engaging and moving, sometimes contrived and manipulative, and sometimes both. The film is also marred by a minor character who is the subject of some shockingly racist humor.
Still, those performances from the three leads make it well worth a look.
