Review of Pay It Forward (2000) by Lacey K — 07 Nov 2018
This movie is of a rare strength and offers a very naï¿ 1/2 (R)ve view of the world through the eyes of its main character, a 12-year-old who has suffered much and decides to start changing the world.
His approach is relatively extreme, and unsurprisingly, brings him results, and trouble. It makes for a passionate scenario. Do not get fooled by critics who see in it "emotional manipulation".
It is the legacy of a true even if fictional revolutionaries.
