If the first movie is bad, the second movie's probably gonna be even worse. That's definitely the case here. A lot of jokes that kind of worked in the first movie don't work here, which makes the movie really unsteadily paced and awkward at times.
This movie is just plain bad, and there's no other way to describe it.
