This film can be funny at times, but mostly fails to replicate the funny slapstick humor of the first film. This film fails to create a interesting story, and it repeats the plot of the first film in a far more uninteresting way.
Overall, this film is not a complete step-down from the first film, but when that film was already very flawed and only saved by its humor, this one falls flat.
